The maintenance worker will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the lodges’ facilities and grounds, including buildings, equipment, and landscaping. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections, as well as assisting with renovation projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a maintenance role, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the lodges.

Eligibility Criteria for Maintenance Worker:

• Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
