PCI Pharma Services is seeking a production operator to join their production team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, and upholding a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities of Production Operator:
- Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- To follow labelling and assembly instructions according to regulatory and GMP requirements as per AM-WHV
- To complete assembly documentation in line with company requirements and external regulations
- To maintain the cleanliness of the packing rooms
- To maintain equipment used for packing operations, as required.
- To assist in warehouse operations areas as required.
- To assist in label production operations as required.
- To comply with the companies Health and Safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Requirements for Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Initial work experience in the warehouse/logistics/quality control sector, although career changers are also welcome.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/labelling, preferably in clinical care is an advantage;
- Precision and high attention to detail in the execution of packaging operations and documentation
- Ability to work in a team and reliability.
- Good knowledge of English is desirable to be able to read, understand and edit documents; German is an added plus.
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
- Confident handling of PC, MS Office, and ERP systems
