We are seeking a Bid Writing Specialist to craft compelling, persuasive, and strategic proposals that help secure key contracts and drive business growth. About the role

As a Bid & Technical Writer, you will work closely with bid managers, technical teams, and business leaders to develop and produce persuasive, high-quality bid and tender content. Your expertise will help us stand out in the competitive market and secure major projects. Beyond bids, you’ll also contribute to sales enablement materials that support our growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Craft Winning Bids: Develop clear, persuasive, and strategic responses to EoIs, RFPs, and RFTs, ensuring alignment with evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with technical and operational teams to capture complex concepts and translate them into compelling narratives.
• Content Development: Create executive summaries, project plans, and technical responses that highlight our unique value propositions.
• Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance our bid library with updated case studies, templates, and best-practice content.
• Sales Enablement: Develop engaging materials such as whitepapers, playbooks, and product sheets to support business development.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in bid and tender writing within infrastructure or engineering
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical details into persuasive content
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for strategic storytelling and business growth
• Experience in content development for sales enablement (desirable)
• A degree qualification in a relevant field
