Responsibilities for Café Staff:
- Candidate must have ability to greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a friendly and attentive attitude.
- Ability to prepare and assemble food and drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems.
- Ensure the café area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Eligibility Criteria for Cafe Staff:
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in Japanese; proficiency in English is a plus.
