CarShop a subsidiary of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to serve our customers in the “CarShop Way”, and delight them with prompt, courteous and excellent service.
What will you do in this role?
- The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in the automotive repair arena, and has a passion for customer service.
- You will consult with the Retail Service Technicians to ensure the customer is fully informed of the required and recommended services.
- The Retail Service Consultant directly interacts with the retail service customers and is to meet and exceed the customers’ needs and expectations for timely service, while optimizing the technician’s recommendations.
- You will be knowledgeable and diligently follow all policies and procedures of the Retail Service Department and will be expected to make recommendations that will improve company performance.
